1)  How long will it take for my services to be installed?

We understand that everyone has a busy schedule today so we try to install your services in an efficient timeframe to fit your lifestyle and schedule.  You can have your services installed from Monday through Friday.  Please call us at (800) 242-3707 to check for when you can your services installed.

2)  Some people say that cable internet is not as secure as DSL, is that true?

No, cable internet is just as secure as other forms of internet access.  We strive to make sure that your internet experience will be fun, exciting and as secure as possible.

3)  Do you have a hotspot Wi-Fi service?

Yes, we are partnered with PenTeleData and their ProLog Unleashed product.  Through this partnership, there are hotspots located all over Northeastern, Southeastern and Central PA.  We're working currently to get more locations in our Northwestern New Jersey service area as well.  Please check out the ProLog Unleashed website for more information.

4)  Can I use my own modem instead of using a Service Electric supplied cable modem?

Yes, but we suggest that you use our supplied modem as it's of no charge to you as our customer.  We also make sure that the modem is maintained, upgraded and monitored properly.  If you are going to use your own modem we suggest that you use one of the following modems.
